Where are you located? We are a home floral studio and flower farm, located in Echuca, Victoria. 

Where do you deliver? We deliver to Echuca, Moama, Rochester, Corop, Kyabram, Tongala, Lockington, Gunbower and Cohuna. 

When do you deliver? Our deliveries generally go out after 1pm. If you need flowers delivered at a certain time, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Can I pick up my flowers? Sure can! Just select pick up at checkout and we will be in touch to work out a suitable time. 

Will my flowers look like the photo? At Taylor Made Blooms, we move with the seasons. We can't always guarantee a replica, but we promise fresh, beautiful flowers!

Will my flowers be left at the door? Unless you specify not to, they will be left at the door if no one is home. In warmer weather we will leave them in a bucket of fresh water. 

What if I have provided the incorrect delivery address? If the address in incorrect, then we will bring the flowers back to the studio and make contact with you. You will then incur another delivery fee. 

Can I send a note with the flowers? Absolutely! We have a complimentary postcard style card and will handwrite your note. The reverse side of the card has handy hints and tips to care for your flowers. 

What if I am not happy with the flowers? Please get in touch. If the error is our fault, then we will provide a refund or a replacement.
